My wife and I worked with Jim, Heather and the team on our move from Cypress to Marble Falls. The team of Christopher, Davonte< Sal, Gutemberg and Irvin were absolutely first class. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous and respectful. They packed all our goods, taking extreme care to load them into PODS for storage. This team are without a doubt the best we have ever worked with for our home moves. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a great crew to pack our high value items and load the shuttle - Miravel, Daniella, Nakobe & Javon - but our move co-ordinator and driver left something to be desired. Heather did not keep us informed, nor did the driver. Because the driver & move co-ordinator failed to communicate, we did not get our pick up or delivery as promised. We ultimately received everything in our shipment, but with much anxiety and follow-up that were not necessary.

I recently moved from Arizona to Texas, and I had an amazing experience with Ward North American moving company. A special shoutout to Nekobe, Javan, and Marcos - they were incredibly professional and were awesome to work with. They were friendly, patient, and careful with my stuff. They didn't just drop everything off and leave. They made sure every item was accounted for, brought everything to the correct room, and kept checking with me to make sure things were exactly where I wanted them. They even asked whether I wanted furniture turned a different direction or moved somewhere else, and they were more than happy to rearrange things when I wasn't sure. They also helped put my bed and sofa back together. I have no idea how I would have managed that on my own. Everything arrived safely, with no missing or broken items, and I can't thank them enough for making the whole process easier and less stressful for me. If anyone's looking for movers, I'd definitely recommend this company.

We had several teams assist us with packing and moving, and every team member we worked with was professional and friendly. In particular, I want to highlight Elvis, Maryvell, and Ivan. They were fantastic—detailed, careful, and efficient. I especially appreciated that they would set items aside to ask for clarification if they had any questions. I used Ward North American for my move from Texas to Louisiana. Nekobe and Elvis were both of the movers who worked with my load. They were timely and worked diligently to make sure my items were packed and safely transported to the truck. Nekobe and Elvis worked extremely hard and maintained a positive attitude throughout the moving and packing process. My items were delivered 2 days later (which was sooner than expected) in LA by Elvis and another mover. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he was also great. I highly recommend using Ward North American if you plan on moving a far distance and want professional service. The pricing was on the higher end but definitely not the most expensive based on my research. An additional charge was added if you want a guaranteed date pick up and if you have more than 1 stop that is not within the same zip code. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.
