Moving From Houstonto Austin

I moved from Frisco to Austin earlier this month. Dax and his Ward North American crews (one in Frisco, one in Austin) did an excellent job packing, loading, transporting and unloading our belongings. The entire process from estimate to delivery was 100% professionally handled, at a reasonable rate. I had a complex move with multiple deliveries and storage. Ward NA made it all work and work smoothly. Can't say enough about the job Dax (the driver and team leader) did. Outstanding!

From the coordination of the move to the final unloading and unpacking, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. They took great care of all my belongings and were especially careful while carrying everything up the stairs. They handled the items with a lot of care, patience, and professionalism, making sure nothing was damaged or mishandled. The entire team was courteous, hardworking, and respectful of my belongings. Moving can be stressful, but Ward North American made the experience much easier and gave me complete peace of mind throughout the process. Richard was our driver and let me tell you if I could give him 50 stars I would !!! He was absolutely AMAZING !!! We Moved from Texas to the PNW, and didn’t have to worry about our stuff traveling that far, we felt very comfortable from the get go with him. His attention to detail communication and just overall being a genuine honest, wonderful person, made the entire experience wonderful ! Both his crews, the loading and on unloading sides were also both wonderful !! Very respectful, organized and hard-working. Thank you so much Richard.
