We used Ward North America to bring our furniture from Houston, Texas to Walnut Creek, California and it was a very pleasant experience. Everything went very smoothly and we have no complaints.

I had a wonderful experience with Ward North American. They moved us 700 miles away, and it went smoothly. They were very communicative and transparent every step of the way. I want to particularly shout out to Sherman, who was the driver and our head mover. He was amazing, and whatever he's getting paid, it's not enough. Give this fine man a raise (go Saints!). I got three quotes from movers, and we decided to go with Ward North American. I'm glad we did. There was another option that was half the price, but it was probably too good to be true. I didn't trust them, and they had terrible reviews. I would rather pay more to have our stuff safely delivered. PERK OF USING WARD NORTH AMERICAN: They let us pick up free wardrobe boxes to move our hanging clothes. I could pick up as many as I wanted, within reason. If you purchase these, they're $20 each. So you get to save money and recycle boxes. Definitely a plus!!!

I am very glad we chose North American Van Lines for our move from Austin to Portland. Everything went smoothly and I felt well supported throughout the moving process. Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional. They made the difficult experience of moving as stress-free as possible. Our car was also transported safely and quickly.

We did a cross country move that required our home goods to be in storage for several months. The service was phenomenal from the first call with their sales rep to the final delivery. Not one item was damaged or broken. Pricing was fair. I would recommend Ward for anyone planning a large or small move.

Very relatable

I moved from Frisco to Austin earlier this month. Dax and his Ward North American crews (one in Frisco, one in Austin) did an excellent job packing, loading, transporting and unloading our belongings. The entire process from estimate to delivery was 100% professionally handled, at a reasonable rate. I had a complex move with multiple deliveries and storage. Ward NA made it all work and work smoothly. Can't say enough about the job Dax (the driver and team leader) did. Outstanding!

I had an excellent experience with Ward North American Van Lines during my move from Houston to Irving. From the coordination of the move to the final unloading and unpacking, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. A special thank you to Ramiro, who was very helpful in coordinating the delivery and keeping me informed about the crew’s timing and arrival. His communication and coordination made the delivery process much easier and gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Nekobe and Javan for their outstanding work during the unloading and unpacking. They were absolutely fantastic! They took great care of all my belongings and were especially careful while carrying everything up the stairs. They handled the items with a lot of care, patience, and professionalism, making sure nothing was damaged or mishandled. The entire team was courteous, hardworking, and respectful of my belongings. Moving can be stressful, but Ward North American made the experience much easier and gave me complete peace of mind throughout the process. I truly appreciate Ramiro, Nekobe, and Javan for their excellent service and hard work. I would highly recommend Ward North American Van Lines to anyone planning a move. Richard was our driver and let me tell you if I could give him 50 stars I would !!! He was absolutely AMAZING !!! We Moved from Texas to the PNW, and didn’t have to worry about our stuff traveling that far, we felt very comfortable from the get go with him. His attention to detail communication and just overall being a genuine honest, wonderful person, made the entire experience wonderful ! Both his crews, the loading and on unloading sides were also both wonderful !! Very respectful, organized and hard-working. Thank you so much Richard.
