Luis, the driver and team leader was outstanding. He conducted himself and his team in a courteous and professional manner. Our household items were picked up, delivered and all furniture was assembled and professionally taken care of by Luis and his team. I cannot praise Luis enough for his excellent service, dedication and pride in the work that he performed. He definitely deserves a bonus for the driving skills he had to use to navigate in Hot Springs Village, which is extremely hilly with sharp turns and narrow roadways. Our experience was outstanding because of Luis. Also, Yvonne Guzman from the San Antonio office was excellent on the administrative side of our move. I would like to commend Luis and Yvonne for their excellent Customer service Thank you.

Ward North America made my move to a different state much less stressful. The movers were great at both locations. Our driver Ozzy was very nice and helpful. All of our items arrived damage free. I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I worked with Jim, Heather and the team on our move from Cypress to Marble Falls. The team of Christopher, Davonte< Sal, Gutemberg and Irvin were absolutely first class. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous and respectful. They packed all our goods, taking extreme care to load them into PODS for storage. This team are without a doubt the best we have ever worked with for our home moves. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a great crew to pack our high value items and load the shuttle - Miravel, Daniella, Nakobe & Javon - but our move co-ordinator and driver left something to be desired. Heather did not keep us informed, nor did the driver. Because the driver & move co-ordinator failed to communicate, we did not get our pick up or delivery as promised. We ultimately received everything in our shipment, but with much anxiety and follow-up that were not necessary.

I recently moved from Arizona to Texas, and I had an amazing experience with Ward North American moving company. A special shoutout to Nekobe, Javan, and Marcos - they were incredibly professional and were awesome to work with. They were friendly, patient, and careful with my stuff. They didn't just drop everything off and leave. They made sure every item was accounted for, brought everything to the correct room, and kept checking with me to make sure things were exactly where I wanted them. They even asked whether I wanted furniture turned a different direction or moved somewhere else, and they were more than happy to rearrange things when I wasn't sure. They also helped put my bed and sofa back together. I have no idea how I would have managed that on my own. Everything arrived safely, with no missing or broken items, and I can't thank them enough for making the whole process easier and less stressful for me. If anyone's looking for movers, I'd definitely recommend this company.

We had several teams assist us with packing and moving, and every team member we worked with was professional and friendly. In particular, I want to highlight Elvis, Maryvell, and Ivan. They were fantastic—detailed, careful, and efficient. I especially appreciated that they would set items aside to ask for clarification if they had any questions. I used Ward North American for my move from Texas to Louisiana. Nekobe and Elvis were both of the movers who worked with my load. They were timely and worked diligently to make sure my items were packed and safely transported to the truck. Nekobe and Elvis worked extremely hard and maintained a positive attitude throughout the moving and packing process. My items were delivered 2 days later (which was sooner than expected) in LA by Elvis and another mover. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he was also great. I highly recommend using Ward North American if you plan on moving a far distance and want professional service. The pricing was on the higher end but definitely not the most expensive based on my research. An additional charge was added if you want a guaranteed date pick up and if you have more than 1 stop that is not within the same zip code. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

Our experience with your company was definitely a 5 star experience! From coming to our home for the initial consultation, communication from the office team throughout the move, to Phil our main man who was responsible for loading and unloading was flawless. Both teams on either end of the move were friendly helpful and easy to work with! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to move whether it is cross country like we did or around town!

I have relocated 6 times during the last two decades both domestic and international. Expecting any moving company would carry the task picture perfect ,you are living in a fool's paradise ! I faced delays,price hike at the last moment,broken furniture,missing items etc. In a move ,I lost a few of my own paintings. The only consolation was to think that the culprit might have mistaken them for awork done by Picasso or Van Gogh. 😀The latest move from Texas to North Carolina was mostly flawless with Ward North American Vanlines.The estimator Mr. Nicholas Moustachia was thorough in his estimation, repeatedly reassuring and accomodative.The packers consisting of a group of young men and women were energetic,well behaved and efficient. The driver and the unloading crew were also satisfactory, except one person who behaved like a bully to us and his co-workers. Then there was a gem of a person, Ms. Heather Dailey, the coordinator at the head office who navigated every issue and bottleneck situations very efficiently.to make it all end well.The company should recognize these two people for their significant role in consumer satisfaction. I will recommend Ward North American Vanlines as movers for their mostly efficient undertaking and good attitude towards the customer.

They packed, loaded and unloaded our house in three days. Everyone was kind, hardworking, fast and efficient. Everyone was easy to communicate with and they were also in the time window they allotted. We were very happy with them all especially: Irvin, Marcos, Salvador, Gman and Elvis. Highly recommend!!

Great job getting everything moved and handling last minute changes due to a family member ending up in the hospital during the move. They were attentive to details regarding fragile items and arrived at the appointed times. They put down protective floor pathway and threshold coverings, and hauled everything off when finished loading and unloading.

Had a great Interstate moving experience from TX to WA. Delivery was right on time and everything arrived as expected. David R. was our driver and did an excellent job for us. Scarlett M. was our coordinator and kept everything clear and simple.
