⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Moving Experience! Highly Recommend! I recently moved from Houston to Irving, Texas, with Ward North American (North American Van Lines), and I couldn’t be happier with their service! A special shoutout to Irvin, our driver, who was absolutely amazing! He and his team were incredibly professional, friendly, punctual, and careful with all our belongings. They handled everything with great care, from disassembling our furniture to reassembling it perfectly at our new home. We moved out of a four-story townhome, and the team managed to pack and load everything in just 6–7 hours, with unloading and furniture assembly at our new home taking only 3–4 hours! Their speed, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly impressive. I especially appreciated how organized Irvin was. He provided a detailed inventory and checklist so we could verify every item upon delivery, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. A big thank you to Jim Englert, our sales consultant, and Heather Dailey, for their excellent coordination, communication, and support throughout the move! The entire team was courteous, hardworking, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. Moving between cities can be stressful, but they made the experience seamless. I highly recommend Ward Noth American -Dallas-Garland for your move. I received 4 quotes and they came in the lowest with an interstate move, TX to FL and transport of 2 vehicles(1 enclosed, 1 open). Their customer service was excellent the entire process. From the initial salesman, Kris, with the quote to the coordinator, Aileen. She was great to communicate with and she made the entire experience less stressful. Thank you to Ward!

I had used other national moving companies as corporate relocations but this was the first time I had to pick a company and do all the packing myself to minimize costs as my husband and I retired living on a fixed budget. The reason I chose this option was the personal touch of having Jim Englert come to our home to look at the items we were moving to get a more accurate estimate. I also appreciated his accessibility as I reached out to him in a couple of occasions to clarify the inventory list when we had better definition of what was being included in our shipment. I also want to commend Josue Oyola, our driver, for his professionalism. He was very punctual and communicated well with me prior and during the move. The only feedback is to make sure not to place stickers on leather furniture. The stickers should have been placed on the wooden legs instead of the leather of our dinning room chairs as they left marks. Lastly, I was pleased with the attentiveness and quick responses I received from Heather Dailey before and during the move. It was disappointing that we had to pay an extra $1,000 to get a shuttle truck to one of our pick up locations last minute, but other than that, it was a smooth and well coordinated move.

North American was a top notch experience. I interviewed the top industry giants with a corp relocation move from Houston, Tx to Nyack, Ny and I can’t tell you how super pro these people are. I received a fair rate and they were there with me every step of the way. Tom, the truck and team manager was a true captain of the ship. It was reassuring to see him at the start and then at the end. He is very serious, but he’s a caring leader of big moves and it made me feel the oversight of everything was locked in. Romero my sales person went to bat for me and was available for me the day of my move and I appreciated that support. Heather, at the headquarters, goes above and beyond with her customer service to clients and her care. I never thought I would spend this much on a move, but I can genuinely say after watching all of it full circle, ITS WORTH IT! These people are pros and they take care of you. When moving across the states, I endorse North American. They are worth it for peace of mind, expertise and service.
