North American was a top notch experience. I interviewed the top industry giants with a corp relocation move from Houston, Tx to Nyack, Ny and I can’t tell you how super pro these people are. I received a fair rate and they were there with me every step of the way. Tom, the truck and team manager was a true captain of the ship. It was reassuring to see him at the start and then at the end. He is very serious, but he’s a caring leader of big moves and it made me feel the oversight of everything was locked in. Romero my sales person went to bat for me and was available for me the day of my move and I appreciated that support. Heather, at the headquarters, goes above and beyond with her customer service to clients and her care. I never thought I would spend this much on a move, but I can genuinely say after watching all of it full circle, ITS WORTH IT! These people are pros and they take care of you. When moving across the states, I endorse North American. They are worth it for peace of mind, expertise and service.

Kris Ankenbauer and his crew did an amazing job, from start to finish! Kris worked out a financial plan that was affordable and that I was comfortable with (because I had a lot of stuff)! On the day of the move, the crew was on time, they were very professional, respectful and friendly! They worked exceptionally well as a team! Every piece of furniture was secured by them wrapping and securing it! The lead person treated her team members with dignity and respect! They got the job done in a timely manner! I did have some damage after my items traveled 2,000 miles, but nothing that was earth shattering and can't be repaired! I highly recommend Kris Ankenbauer and Ward North American Van Lines! Tony Tamayo and his local crews in Houston and Phoenix were professional, friendly, and accommodating for helping with my mom's interstate move. They were thorough and made my mom feel invested and engaged with the move as they asked her questions and learned her preferences. We used Ward North America to bring our furniture from Houston, Texas to Walnut Creek, California and it was a very pleasant experience. Everything went very smoothly and we have no complaints.

I had a wonderful experience with Ward North American. They moved us 700 miles away, and it went smoothly. They were very communicative and transparent every step of the way. I want to particularly shout out to Sherman, who was the driver and our head mover. He was amazing, and whatever he's getting paid, it's not enough. Give this fine man a raise (go Saints!). I got three quotes from movers, and we decided to go with Ward North American. I'm glad we did. There was another option that was half the price, but it was probably too good to be true. I didn't trust them, and they had terrible reviews. I would rather pay more to have our stuff safely delivered. PERK OF USING WARD NORTH AMERICAN: They let us pick up free wardrobe boxes to move our hanging clothes. I could pick up as many as I wanted, within reason. If you purchase these, they're $20 each. So you get to save money and recycle boxes. Definitely a plus!!!

I am very glad we chose North American Van Lines for our move from Austin to Portland. Everything went smoothly and I felt well supported throughout the moving process. Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional. They made the difficult experience of moving as stress-free as possible. Our car was also transported safely and quickly.

We did a cross country move that required our home goods to be in storage for several months. The service was phenomenal from the first call with their sales rep to the final delivery. Not one item was damaged or broken. Pricing was fair. I would recommend Ward for anyone planning a large or small move.
