Friendly and hard working team, no breakage, but poor labeling of boxes and cords and hardware not always included in same box with appliance.

From the planning stage to actual shipment of household goods (HHG) and personal vehicle, everything was on point. I received my HHG and vehicle earlier than expected. The HHG driver (Mr. A. Kilborn) and auto shipper driver (George) were professional and kept me informed of delivery day/time. I couldn't have asked for better service. Excellent Packing Team We had a great experience with Marivel, Gutembeg, and Maria while they packed our home for our move from Houston to New Jersey. They did an outstanding job over the last two days. They were extremely professional, careful, organized, and efficient throughout the entire process. They treated our belongings with great care and worked incredibly hard to get everything packed properly. They were also very friendly and pleasant to have around, which made what could have been a stressful part of our move much easier. We really appreciate all of their hard work and attention to detail. Marivel, Gutembeg, and Maria were a fantastic team, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional packing crew. The driver (Mike) was unbelievably organized, prompt and professional. The packers (we needed 3 plus the driver) were equally polite, efficient and professional. After living overseas we had accumulated many irreplaceable items…nothing was broken or damaged. Relocating is stressful. We are extremely grateful for deciding to go with Ward North American - San Antonio. It took much of the stress away!

Ward North American really came through for us. They were cooperative and patient with my needs and the movers were incredibly polite and hard working, and on time, even early! If we ever move again we will be using them.

Moving a household is one of the most stressful acts one can undertake. I’m grateful to the people at Ward, especially Stacy and Ashley. Not only did they get us prepared for our move, but they provided us a great deal of encouragement and support along the way. Kindness definitely counts. All of our goods arrived, unscathed, with the exception of a small scratch on an end table. Considering what a large interstate move, this was, that’s really nothing and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have no hesitancy in recommending Ward North American van lines. They made our big move a little more pleasant, just by how they treated us like family.

Marivel, Daniela, and Monica were extremely efficient, respectful and very courteous to my son and I while they packed up my home for the move. They were absolutely wonderful!

We are moving back to our home state of Maryland after seven years in The Woodlands. Our home was packed today and ready to load tomorrow. The three ladies who packed: Marivel, Maria and Daniela, did a fantastic job of packing all our goods. No damage, and everything was packed professionally as well as quickly. But above and beyond that, they were friendly, approachable and kept us well informed during the entire process. I cannot state how much we were pleased with what they accomplished in as fast a time as they did. We would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with the award moving company recently moving from Minnesota to Texas. The team of Javan, Nekobe, and Shorty was very professional and took care of everything from assembling the furniture to putting all the boxes in the right places.
