My good experience with Stacy coming to my own and evaluating it for pricing. Karl and Scott my pick and delivery team where the epitome of kind professionals. Scott was so helpful with furniture placement. Suggestions and girl kept everything running smooth. Moving across country this is the moving line you want Thank you for a very positive experience.

Our experience with Ward North American Movers was excellent from start to finish, Johanna and Tammy went above and beyond to make sure the moving process was smooth. The entire process was handled with professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care.

One of the things that stood out to me the most was their willingness to adjust the pickup schedule to accommodate our needs. Moving plans can change quickly, and Ward handled the adjustment seamlessly without adding any extra fees, which we truly appreciated.

The moving crew itself was outstanding. They were punctual, efficient, and clearly experienced. They treated our belongings with great care and respect, making sure everything was packed, loaded, and handled properly. We were moving from Houston Texas to Olympia WA after retirement to live by our grandchildren. We had never moved more than couple blocks within our City of Spring Valley Village over our 33 year marriage. So the thought of moving across the entire country was daunting. Plus we had two large dogs that had never ridden in our car more than a couple of miles each year for vet check ups.
We had four companies bid this move.
One of our friends highly recommended us to contact Nick Mustachia with North American Moving Services. Nick was prompt, personable, and came to our home to walk us through the moving process.
Over the months of planning, I could call him directly with all my questions. Though his bid was not the lowest, HE sold me on choosing North American. I trusted him. Nick trusted his company to get our home packed and transported and unpacked with as little stress as possible.
This man delivered on his word.
The staff that came to pack our house and load the truck were fabulous. The truck driver Sesario and his hand picked team walked into our home assuring us that they had arrived to relieve us from this very stressful task of packing. It was a four day pack and load. Sesario was available by phone during the entire trek across the country. Nick also called and checked on us several times during the 7 day travel period. It took two days to unload. It could not have gone any smoother.
This stressful time was lessened by this professional team. I highly recommend North American Moving Services for your moving needs.

Roger and his crew were absolutely AMAZING! They let us know when their arrival time would be and were on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and were extremely pleasant! They were also so sweet and packed our outside furniture last so we had somewhere to sit all day. Could not have asked for a better crew! Thank you Roger and team!
