"We were given an idea of what to expect from Ward North American, which led us to expect a good move. Rob and his crew exceeded this expectation, and we are grateful for that. We understand that, in today's business environment, movers need good feedback to get repeat business. So we would not be surprised by service that goes somewhat beyond basic expectations. We certainly received that level of service, too.
Rob communicated with us so we always knew where he and our things were. Rob and his crew were always on time and efficient with time. They took good care of our things. What motivates this note is Rob's personal interest. He and his crew gave extra-mile care to those things that have particular personal importance to us. Their personable nature helped us feel comfortable and added to the ease of our transition. It is hard to say enough good about their exceptional service to us.

" I just wanted to send a personal note to let you know what a great experience we had with Ward North American. Greg Vickner and his team were a pleasure to work with! They were all very professional and worked very fast. Moving is such a stress to me with two young kids and Greg made made our move a very positive experience for us all! I felt safe, my kids were happy, and they waited to pack TV's, toys, and anything else we may need until the very end. I appreciate all their help and wanted to let you know how pleased we are doing business with y'all. Lacy did a commendable job throughout the process ensuring my complete satisfaction with the move process. She was friendly, professional, and always answered all of my questions.
Juan, Art, and Rudy arrived on time everyday, represented themselves and your organization in a professional manner, and did a fantastic job packaging, moving, unloading, and unpacking my personal belongings. ""I would like to extend my appreciation to you and your team for a job well done. With you and your team's assistance we were successful in completing one of the largest projects undertaken here at AWS in which we moved hte AWS data center from Austin to San Antonio.
The data center move, of which your team played a large role, was a very strategic adn highly visible project that has received much adulation due to the success of the move. Not only did the project succeed but the move occurred wtih no user impact or downtime and remained on schedule throughout the entire project.
Months of planning and preparation went into this project before the actual execution of the move that spanned approximately 60 days, from our pre-move followed by the actual production moves. During this span we continued to strategize with your team during normal work hours and then concluded with execution of the physical servers/devices after hours. As most of your team's involvement was after hours I was very impressed with the enthusiasm and team work which they displayed, even at 3:00 am in the morning.
On behalf of myself, my admin team and AWS, pelase accept our sincere appreciation to everyone at Ward North American who was involved with this project. We really appreciate all of the hard work and attention to detail your team provided. I look forward to working with you and your team in the future."

He is very personable and quickly made any of our concerns his as well. His positive and easy going attitude kept his crews spirits up and good progress was made each day. "I wanted to send a note of thanks and say what a great job your crew did. They were professional, respectful of our old and new home, and they busted their butts IN THE RAIN, all the while taking care of our stuff and ensuring our new home "remained new." The padding on the floors, carpet covering, and wall covering are all things I have not seen other companies do, and it makes the difference! Special accolades go to Christine, (her sister-- I missed the name, but she was great too), and particularly Ryan and Henry, who went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Even the scheduling through Amy was great and without issue.
Too often we complain about poor customer service and poor performance, but this was an outstanding opportunity to tell a good story of a good experience. BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE IN 18 YEARS IN THE ARMY!!!!!!! I would highly recommend your company to anyone considering a professional move. Many thanks again!!!

"The crew came in this morning and worked straight through lunch to get this project completed for Seton and like the other Ward staff members I have had the privilege of working with before, these four gentlemen today are no exception!
Everything was packed properly and loaded within the truck with a skill that frankly needs to be videotaped. I was amazed!
